Dr. Bobby Parmar ND // Dr. Paul Maximus ND
“I thoroughly enjoyed the course! It was comprehensive, engaging, and packed with valuable information. I learned a lot about IV iron administration and gained confidence in managing iron deficiency anemia, especially during pregnancy. The modules were well-structured and easy to follow, and the real-world examples helped solidify my understanding.
To anyone on the fence, wondering if this is the course that will make them an IV iron expert, I say go for it! This course provides all the knowledge and skills you need to become proficient in IV iron therapy. It's a game-changer for healthcare professionals looking to enhance their practice and patient care”
“I am blown away at how wonderful this course was!! It was extremely informative, the resources provided are invaluable, and Drs. Parmar and Maximus were so fun to listen to! I am so happy I chose this course to learn about Iron IVs and I already feel so confident to add this game-changing treatment to my practice offerings! I highly recommend this course to any practitioner wanting to expand their practice and be a part of a wider clientele's healing journey!”
Brittany Tapp“I have been doing Iron IV's for the last 18 months (or so) and I feel like I had a good handle on things, but I love to enhance my skills and understanding. This course delivered on every level. It laid the content out in a fun, easy to understand and concise manner. It checked every box and then some. If you want to be the best, then you have to train with the best. Level up, invest in yourself and use interventions that are backed by science and WORK!!!! Kings of Iron, SLAYED!”
Kaleb Falk“I thought it was awesome! Very easy to listen to - seemed more like hanging out with friends who like to nerd-out like I do :) Thanks docs.”
Nicole Duffee“Absolutely fantastic! You two are so engaging so the course was SO fun! But I learned a tonne and feel confident prescribing these to my patients :) ”
Jess Hobson“You guys!! The course was great. I loved it! I wasn't sure if I needed a course on iron infusions - since I worked with functional MDs in Alberta and saw countless Venofers being done in our clinic, seamlessly - however, this course was packed with so much great info, research, and gold nuggets, I'd recommend it to anyone interested in doing iron IVs in practice. You are both easy to listen to and funny, so that made a 3.5 hour course go by so quickly! AND I love the plug and play Jane templates - for my OCD charting these are literally the best gift ever lol. Paul, your Mind Map is also quite possibly the most incredible thing I have ever seen- well done! I aspire to be that nerdy. See you in part two! ”
Ayla Lester“Detailed and well-researched. Thank you for doing this for the profession”
Dr. Sanjay Mohan Ram, ND“Not a dry course, that’s for damn sure! These guys stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park! Your one stop shop for iron infusion education starts here 👌🏻”
Dr. Garrett Bramall, ND“This course has answered all my questions about iron. I now feel very confident recommending iron infusions to the right patients, especially in pregnancy. This course is not just for those who want to administer iron infusions. It’s a practice changer for anyone who regularly sees women and pregnant people in their practice!”
Dr. Alana Shaw, ND“Thank you Bobby and Paul for an amazing amazing AMAZING course! I’ll definitely be taking any and all future offerings!”

This course is for students, newbs and even seasoned vets. Iron Rx is your one-stop-shop for all things IV iron — from basic to advanced. Our aim is to offer concise learning for all levels of experience, with a strong clinical focus. Dare you to find anything missing.
In addition to usual "general" CE credits and IV therapy credits, we qualify for Part 1: CNPBC Cat F (Pharm) 3.5 hrs, CONO Cat A (Core) 1.5 hrs, IVIT 2 hrs and for Part 2: CNPBC Cat E/IV Therapy CE) 4 hrs in BC. Expect ongoing CE-qualified webinars, in-person trainings, and courses over the years to come. We're with you for the long haul. Certificates are available upon course completion.
There will be multiple options for hands-on training: in Vancouver, Victoria, Tofino, Toronto, India and elsewhere. Oh the places we will go! And for those not close to any of these locations, our part 2 ONLINE practicum dates will be rolling out soon. Add your email, and we'll let you know when we're stopping in your hood.
We would never! One-on-one clinical consults are available for booking via Mint Integrative Health's JaneApp. Not only that, but continuing education webinars will be made available in the years to come for clinicians to stay in touch with instructors, and to keep up-to-date with iron infusion best practices.
This next-level training is separated into two components: Part 1 is a $525 comprehensive online course. Part 2 is IN-PERSON ($500) practicum. Or $375 each with a group of 3 or more.
If you are registering as part of a clinic (three or more doctors), you will each get $150 off in registering as a group. (Please send an email to [email protected] if you are interested in this option).
Yes, depending on the location of the student GST will be added at checkout.
Great question! This course has been approved by both CONO (Ontario) and the CNPBC (BC) for continuing education, and specifically as one of the few (or maybe now only) online and practical course in iron infusion therapy. Drs. Parmar and Maximus have now seen over 114 practitioners go through the course, with clinical experience levels ranging from brand new to several decades in practice. The feedback has been overwhelming positive, even amongst highly seasoned NDs, since this is far from just a basic iron physiology overview, but rather an up-to-date, latest-algorithm and MD hospitalist-level understanding (Dr. Adam Davidson, MD in Emergency Medicine, and the one who near-singlehandedly brought IV iron out of the hospital-only circuit in Vancouver, was an equal partner in creating the material presented). We're confident you'll find it highly confidence-making, and excited to see you set up with unwavering know-how for the many decades ahead in offering this life-changing therapy.
This course exceeded my expectations. It's easily the most comprehensive of the IV iron courses I've done.
